Attorney specializing in criminal law, registered with the Rome Bar Association. PhD in criminal law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

He mainly carries out his professional activity in corporate criminal law, with particular reference to bankruptcy criminal law, tax criminal law, criminal liability of collective bodies, computer crimes and crimes relating to privacy .

It also acts as Supervisory Body pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 for multinationals and other leading national companies.

She assists numerous companies in complying with the personal data protection obligations set forth in EU Regulation 2016/679 and currently serves as Data Protection Officer for several major national companies.

He is a lecturer in Criminal Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and at Luiss Guido Carli University. During his doctoral studies, he spent a research period at the Max Planck Institute in Freiburg, Germany.

Since 2017-2018, he has been a professor of criminal law at the Forensic School of the Cassino Bar Association.
