A contract professor of criminal law at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the International University of Rome (UNINT), he conducts research and teaching with a particular focus on economic and public administration criminal law.
A criminal lawyer registered with the Rome Bar Association, he founded the Compagna Law Firm in 2003, dedicating himself ever since to litigation defense and corporate criminal law consultancy.
A member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Criminal Law (AIDP) and treasurer of the Italian Group chaired by Professor Paola Severino, he has spoken at numerous national and international conferences and is the author of publications on criminal law, with particular emphasis on crimes against public administration and corporate liability.
